Adult Small Group Leader Application

If you'd like to lead an adult small group, here’s a few things we are looking for:

Passion - Do you hunger for the Presence of God, do you have a vision for the Way of Jesus, are you living for the Renewal of all things through the Gospel?

Commitment - Are you willing to be a leader for at least three consecutive ministry seasons (12 months) and take on the responsibility of making holistic disciples?

Consistency - Will you commit to being present at our training events and gatherings, to take this responsibility seriously as a shepherd of the congregation?

Communication - Will you stay in communication with the Adult Discipleship team about shepherding challenges, group health, and stories of transformation?

Character - Will you take seriously the call to hold yourself to a higher standard of spiritual leadership, and be a model of holistic discipleship to others?
